Nutella & Plazma Truffles

Picture 277

500 g Nutella
150 g ground walnuts
200 g ground Plazma biscuits + 100 g for rolling in
a few Tbsp rum

Stir Nutella until it’s very soft. Add walnuts, stir again. Start adding Plazma slowly, stirring continuously. At the end add rum to taste. Start with 1 Tbsp, taste and continue adding it until you’re satisfied with the amount of rum inside. Shape the truffles and roll them in the remaining biscuits. Also, be careful not to add too much biscuit to the batter because truffles will become harder in the fridge. Keep in the refrigerator.

Sherry, you can buy it through Amazon. I’ve put a link to ground Plazma in my post but regular one is great too. It’s good for baby food and here it is the biscuit that was most rewarded for quality. Mine, and probably most people from my country, all time favorite snack.

I can never make these because I will not stop eating them until they’re gone. Eh, maybe I’ll give it a try anyway ;)Thanks so much for participating in World Nutella Day!

I actually made these truffles and they taste great. They’re really easy to make. I replaced the Plazma bicuits with regular biscuits though, but still, they taste great!

These are fantastic! I love the texture. The ground biscuits leave a delicious dusting on your lips. I ran out of biscuits to coat the truffles so I used some ground, toasted walnuts -great nutty flavor. I also used 7tbs. of rum.Yummy Yummy Yummy.I will defiantly be making these for Thanksgiving.
