This looks really interesting. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen blackberry wine before, but I’ve served a blackberry sauce with beef that went over pretty well so I’m sure this is delicious.
Looks very interseting. I have cooked with currant liquer but never blackberry wine.
Wine and beef always taste fantastic together. It really gives the beef almost a sweet flavor that isn’t too overpowering. This sounds delicious :).
I’m excited about this dish. I actually have some blackberry wine in my kitchen. We’ve been sipping on it for a while now. I do believe this will go over big in my kitchen next week sometime.Thank you!
