Gazpacho

Gazpacho

200 g hard bread, diced
1,2 kg tomatoes, peeled, seeds removed
600 g cucumbers, diced and peeled
2 cloves garlic
2 green bell peppers
1 onion
2 Tbsp vinegar
6 Tbsp olive oil
salt
ground black pepper

Ground bread with all the vegetables in a meat grinder. Add vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, stir well and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours.

    Obožavam Gazpacho, ovaj tvoj mi izgleda drugačije od onih koje sam jela (uvije ga jedem u restaću pa ne znam kaj točno ide u njega). Sigurno ću isprobati tvoj recept sad kad ima svih potrebnih namirnica u izobilju. Jako mi se sviđa ova zdjelica u kojoj si ga poslužila, izgleda totalno rustično i baš paše uz ovaj recept. :)

    @Andrea – Tu sam cinijiju kupila nekada davno mami kad sam bila na nekoj rekreativnoj nastavi :)Inace, sam gazpacho je bas bas "lukav". Cisto da ako neko ne voli smanji kolicinu. Meni je bilo taman ;)
