Gazpacho

200 g hard bread, diced
1,2 kg tomatoes, peeled, seeds removed
600 g cucumbers, diced and peeled
2 cloves garlic
2 green bell peppers
1 onion
2 Tbsp vinegar
6 Tbsp olive oil
salt
ground black pepper

Ground bread with all the vegetables in a meat grinder. Add vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, stir well and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours.
