300 g chocolate
200 g strawberries
3 eggs
40 g powdered sugar
125 g butter
a pinch of salt

Leave butter at room temperature to soften. Put 250 g chocolate and 30 g butter in a stainless steel pot, and then melt over larger pot full of water. Remove from heat, stir well and add sugar.

Separate egg whites and yolks. Add egg yolks one by one to the melted chocolate. At the end add remaining butter, stir and then add halved strawberries.

Beat egg whites with salt and carefully add to the mixture.

Line mold with cling film and fill it with the mixture. Refrigerate couple of hours or overnight. Later, remove from mold and garnish on top with the remaining chocolate.
