1 cleaned white saltwater fish (about 1 kg)
1 head garlic
1 bundle of chopped fresh parsley leaves
3 large tomatoes, peeled, seeds removed
about 1 kg peeled potatoes
1 lemon
white wine
olive oil
salt
ground black pepper
Squash 1 clove garlic through a garlic press. Rub the inside of fish with olive oil, add pressed garlic and some finely chopped parsley. Make a couple of cuts on the each side of the fish and place a slice of garlic and some parsley into each cut. Take a deep oven pan and pour some olive oil to the bottom. Place fish in the middle. Arrange tomatoes, potatoes and lemon around the fish with the remaining cloves garlic. Pour some wine over everything than olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven on 180°C for about 50 minutes or until potatoes are done. Remember to often pour the sauce over the fish while baking so it doesn’t dry. If the liquid evaporates, add more wine.

Fantasticno! I meni izgleda ko smudj, mislim ovdje poznat kao Walleye, meni jedina omiljena riba, i medju najskupljima. Nema jak riblji miris, i jako je ukusna. Jednom smo bili lucky i upecali jednu :)Svaka cast za ucestvovanje u casopisu, bravo cure!
Kakav glupan! ;) Majkemi vidio sam freshwater fish prvi puta. I isprintao sam si recept. I dodžem drugi put i vidim da piše saltwater i da sam tenkre. I odem u ispis i tam piše saltwater fish. :)Sorry, loš dan.

Marija čestitam, tebi i svim curama, na suradnji s časopisom Hrana i vino. Recept mi se jako sviđa jer sam i inače ljubitelj svih vrsta ribe. :)Još ti moram reći da mi se čini da su te malo izmuljali u ribarnici jer ovo na slici definitivno nije mol. Mol je drugi naziv za oslića.:)Nažalost nemam pojma koja bi ovo vrsta ribe bila.
Cestitam na pojavljivanju u Interne@lijama, i moram ti reci da ova riba izgleda zastrasujuce, ja volim ovakva jela, ali ova tvoja ribica stvarno ima scary face:)))

Mol je oslić. Luc je riba iz obitelji skušovki, bliski srodnik tune. Ovo na slici 101% nije luc, rekao bih ipak da je oslić. Tj. mol.

Moram priznati da je i meni prvi dojam bio slatkovodna riba i da sam ostala zatečena kad sam pročitala saltwaterfish. Nije da sam baš ekspert u poznavanju riba, ali morske, jer uglavnom njih i pripremam, ipak prepoznam, slatkovodne su mi loša strana, a ova je stvarna djelovala enigmatično. Prošao bi pod oslića, ali ja još uvijek dvojim.Ono što je sigurno jest odličan recept i isto takva fotografija.
