Fast & Easy Strudel

And incredibly delicious.

Fast & Easy Strudel

(original recipe)

Filling #1

3 eggs
1 bag (10 g) vanillin sugar
22 Tbsp sugar
22 Tbsp flour
22 Tbsp milk
22 Tbsp oil
1 bag (10 g) baking powder

Beat eggs with sugar and then add oil and milk. Whisk in flour and baking powder.

Filling #2

about 800 g pitted sour cherries

Assembling:

Take 500 g phyllo sheets. Separate sheets two by two. Take one sheet, spread a few tablespoons of the first filling over it, enough to cover it all, take another sheet and spread that filling again. Toss sour cherries over and roll. Repeat until you have the ingredients. Bake in a preheated oven on 200°C/390°F until it’s nice and golden (mine took about 25 minutes).

    Prekrasne su ti fotgrafije, i ove i one Bakewell tarta! Baš me jedno i drugo mami na kušanje. Inače mi savijače nikako ne idu pa zato nisam ni sudjelovala ovaj mjesec u Kuvarijacijam. :)
