Filling (enough for 8 small shells):
70 g white chocolate
150 g whipping cream
50 g cranberries
Whip the cream and then melt chocolate. Stir in chocolate and cranberries. Fill the shells with the mixture. Decorate with some peeled chopped pistachios.
For the tart shells I used dough recipe from La Tartine Gourmande that I already tried before and liked very much. This time I used ground walnuts instead of almond flour and was very satisfied with the taste.
